Eligibility for Refunds We accept return and refund requests within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that opened or partially used products are not eligible for a full refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Refundable Items The following items cannot be refunded: opened consumable health supplements, gift cards, and items purchased during final sale promotions.
How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at livehealthi.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
